Inspired by the global shift to remote work, he saw an opportunity to cut costs, save time, and improve efficiency for businesses. With his expertise in IT solutions, Procopio built CNG Pacific to connect Australian companies with top IT talent from Australia and around the world. Today, we provide co-managed IT services that combine local account management and compliance oversight with certified engineers. Our approach delivers reliable 24/7 IT operations and can achieve up to 65% cost savings compared to traditional in-office teams.

Richelle Montereal

Richelle is the Programme Manager at CNG Pacific, leverages three years of experience to lead strategic initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and deliver solutions that advance clean energy adoption across the Pacific.

Adrian Velasco

Adrian, as the System Administrator at CNG Pacific, has four years of experience maintaining secure, high-performance IT systems and streamlining operations to support sustainable energy solutions across the Pacific.

Marianne Alcantara

Marianne has been with CNG Pacific for over two years. As Customer Support and Success Manager, she provides technical assistance and builds user relationships in a supportive team.

Marjon Ramos

Marjon has worked with Procopio at CNG Pacific for three years. As a Network Engineer, he delivers top results and values the company's challenges and growth opportunities.

Pearl Catherine Mercader

Pearl was introduced to CNG Pacific by Angela and serves as a virtual assistant for clients Duymaer and Georgiou. She is grateful to be part of the team.

Angela Hermosa

In early 2025, Angela joined CNG Pacific as an executive assistant. She manages the schedule and make sure everything and everyone is on the right place.

Patricia Alcantara

Patricia joined CNG Pacific in June 2025 as the head of the Customer Service, hired by Marc through Marianne. With 9 years in IT, she manages schedules and tasks, excited to contribute to the company's growth.

David Laxina

After 10 years at Microsoft, David joined CNG Pacific as a Cloud Solutions Engineer, using his Microsoft 365, Azure, and Partner Center expertise to drive scalable solutions and customer success.

Red Morales

Red is a recent addition to the team, serving as the marketing business partner. In addition to marketing, he handles designing and enjoys the endless opportunities to learn new things at CNG Pacific.
